High-quality prisms
Most binoculars from Eschenbach Optik are made from barium crown glass and offer high detail resolution, good edge sharpness and bright, colour-accurate image reproduction. The prisms reduce internal reflections and ensure a sharp, high-contrast image.
Optimal multi-coating
Eschenbach binoculars feature fully coated optics with an anti-reflective coating for optimal light transmission. Many models also feature a high-quality multi-layer coating, which is complemented in the farlux® and regatta® series by the special “naturebright” coating for particularly lifelike viewing.
Extra-low dispersion glass
The extra-low dispersion glass (ED for short) used in the trophy® D ED series ensures a highly colour-accurate, detailed image with stereoscopic depth. Chromatic aberrations and colour fringing at the edges are effectively minimised.
Dielectric coating

The trophy® D ED and trophy® F ED series feature a dielectric coating in the prism system, which reflects almost all light and prevents the coating from ageing. This ensures that contours remain clearly visible even at dusk.

Phase correction

Many of the roof-prism binoculars have special coatings which provide phase correction. This particularly intricate surface treatment of the prisms significantly improves the brilliance, resolution and contrast of Eschenbach binoculars – and provides the ultimate image quality.

Design as a quality factor

Binoculars from Eschenbach Optik don’t just offer you the very best optical performance – but also an award-winning design. They have been the subject of numerous design awards, such as the red dot award, the iF product design award and the Focus Dialog Silver for Eschenbach binoculars. The legendary club® binoculars are also part of the permanent exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the first binoculars of their kind to be included.
